Dr. John Dolores has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a law degree (JD) as well as being board certified in Healthcare Administration (FACHE). Dr. Dolores practiced as a Clinical Psychologist for several years before transitioning into administration in 2009. He has led multiple facilities at large companies in the behavioral health space, including Universal Health Services (UHS), Acadia Healthcare, and Summit BHC.
Dr. Dolores then founded multiple start-ups, one of which he sold to a private equity firm. Following his exit from his company, he then embarked on corporate turnaround projects, joining a couple of medium sized companies as COO to professionalize the business and prepare it for sale. Dr. Dolores is an expert at operations, growth, strategy, development, compliance, technology, human resources, payor relationships, legal, facilities, and credentialing. His leadership style is that of a servant leader with a focus on transparent, collaborative communication and focused mentorship to grow staff to fulfill their potential.

Dr. David R. Hadlock is a double board-certified physician and nationally recognized leader in addiction medicine and behavioral health. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine (DABAM) and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOOG), he brings more than three decades of clinical excellence to his role as Medical Director of Breaking Habits, LLC.
With specialized expertise in medical detoxification, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and the management of complex co-occurring disorders, Dr. Hadlock has dedicated his career to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in both residential and outpatient settings.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Hadlock has served as Medical Director and Clinical Supervisor for multiple residential treatment programs, correctional health facilities, and outpatient addiction clinics. He has held faculty appointments at Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine, Pacific Northwest University, and Idaho State University, and has provided leadership as past President of the Idaho Society of Addiction Medicine and the Idaho Osteopathic Physicians Association. His extensive experience includes developing and overseeing medical detox protocols, implementing ASAM criteria, and guiding multidisciplinary teams in the treatment of justice-involved and high-acuity populations.
At Breaking Habits, Dr. Hadlock provides strategic medical oversight for the full continuum of care, including medical detoxification, residential treatment, IOP, and MAT services. A former Big Four healthcare auditor turned operational CFO, Mark has overseen budgets exceeding $100 million, implemented Medicaid billing platforms, and guided multiple facilities through Joint Commission and CARF accreditation. At Breaking Habits, he architects the pro forma, oversees cost-certainty controls, and leads our quality-assurance program -- making sure clinical excellence and financial transparency always move in lockstep.

Doc Ivory is an operations executive with advanced training in health administration, business, and psychology, known for a disciplined, people-centered approach to leadership. His work focuses on strengthening operations, refining workflows, and supporting sustainable growth while preserving the human connection essential to effective care.

Tiffany Mooney, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Behavioral Health Clinic Manager with over a decade of experience providing and overseeing mental health services across diverse clinical settings. Her background includes work in outpatient treatment, corrections, tribal health systems, and school-based services, giving her a broad and culturally responsive perspective in care delivery. Tiffany specializes in assessment, diagnosis, and the development of individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based modalities to support clients across the lifespan. In her current leadership role, she provides clinical supervision and program oversight while continuing to deliver individual and group therapy.
Tiffany is known for her direct, relational supervision style, prioritizing authentic connection with supervisees to better understand their communication styles, strengths, and clinical fit. She emphasizes accountability, skill development, and thoughtful client-therapist matching to improve outcomes and team effectiveness.
